Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

LeaseOptionProgram.com is looking for a marketing assistant for its corporate headquarters in Englewood, FL. The position offers an ambitious candidate an excellent opportunity to get involved with a rapidly growing real estate related business. No license required. Hours will vary as the position may require occasional weekend work. The individual will be responsible for the following activities:

Assist with the development of a detailed corporate marketing plan
Manage the implementation of the marketing plan
Lead generation and lead follow-up
Respond to customer inquires
Manage logistics for company attended trade shows
Attend and present at trade shows in Florida, Nevada, and Arizona

Skills Needed:

Comfortable with computers, Internet, e-mail, and Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Previous marketing experience required
Organized
Outgoing

Education Required:

High school diploma or GED required
College degree in business preferred, but not required
