As CEO of LeaseOptionProgram.com, Jules is responsible for all aspects of the company’s market strategy, business development, and asset financing. He has extensive experience in the Southwest Florida residential real estate market, currently managing over
100 rental properties in Southwest Florida.
Jules is also the owner of
Tarpon Coast Realty of
Boca Grande. Tarpon Coast Realty is a full service real
estate brokerage focused on luxury island sales and rentals,
commercial properties, foreclosures, and short sales. Jules is
the primary developer of McCall Professional Center. This 27,000
square foot commercial development will be Englewood's premier
office professional location.
Before joining LeaseOptionProgrm.com, Jules was previously an
Assistant General Manager with Magna Donnelly Electronics, an
automotive parts supplier in Michigan.
